Hello.
Please do you have BIOS for this model of laptop? We can check the MB n.o. It´s Lenovo Legion Y910 with no video on output.I think it´s most likely BIOS issue.I might be wrong but it´s first thing that cross my mind. All cooling looks OK so I think it won´t be a chip issue. The MB looks OK , no water damage, no signs of previous entries, so most likely BIOS or a graphics card. No shortcircuit.
