Technical Support macbook pro mid 2013 shutsdown after 30 minutes not overheating

can somebody help me,. i did everything i can

reflash spi few time with clean me
tried diff ssd

the problem is the unit shuts off sundenly after 30 minutes even if the unit is not overheating

and i cannot downgrad/install older os past catalina,. it just stays on the loading bar and nothing happens.

this i a liquid damaged unit and i have replaced u7600 that is the 1.05 supply ic

which board number? be great if u can post some voltages and measurements..

And measurements?? Did u run apple diagnostics? or HW monitor to see if something comes up?

i suggest you reprogram bios with 100% ok file after check motherboard and be sure have not any disconnect or water damage .
