when i dump its old file it power ok and also display but show password

not work same problem power off and when i write its old file then its on but passwoed my dell bios version 1.13.0

respected all staff members pleas tell me that why not remove my dell 5520 password ? there are all files as you send me is not working when i write yours send bin file then laptop go power off mode or no display and when i write its old read file then laptop ok and powr on and also display but show bios password. so pleas support me and tell me how can i remove it?
