I need dump of ITE 8176FN-56A 1706-BXA GL553VD because the keyboard not found. The IC is damaged. I replaced it but i need reprogrammed.

I got a firmware, tested it and it works perfectly for IT8176FN-56A (56KB). It programmed with SAS JIG.
