File Request Open BoardView Error

Hello Guys I Have downloaded open Boardview software to look at the boardview (Dell lattidude E7440 ) downloaded the board of view E7440 from Here but i can not access to the Board what should i Do?

Generally there are some specific software for specific extensions. But this software called Boardviewer can be open most of Boardview extensions such as : .asc, .bdv, .brd, .bv, .cad, .cst, .gr, .f2b, .fz. and others.

Yes i used it but i have the same problem i dont know why !!! please Can you you Check this Boardview File that i have downloaded from Here
