Technical Support Plese help me with this mosfet or bjt

Hi there I have e boch mofet or bjt.
It's is marked
Bosch 30057
56158.1
0521

Please see the pictures attached


In diode mode the values I get are
1. Left pin .. to right pin 0.458 ohm
and 0.155 in diode mode.
The other 3 have same in diode and ohm mode

0.485 in diode mode and 2.225 k ohm

So.
Would it be correct ins saying the
One marked in blue is not working

If so is there a compatible one I can use

It is better to take the ICs out of the circuit for testing.
Set the multimeter to diode mode.
Because the name of the pins is clear: place the red props on the base pin and the black props on the other two pins and write down the values and compare with the next transistor.
The numbers in each transistor should be approximately the same as the next transistor.
