Test images from other outputs such as VGA.
Check the appearance of the motherboard..
There is no trace of water or humidity or any connection or scratch on the board.
Separate peripheral parts such as hard drive, wireless, keyboard, etc.
Just test the motherboard with another RAM and LCD.
Check the health of the ports.
If the problem is on the motherboard and the problem is still not solved by testing the rest of the parts, first measure the voltage.
If all the voltages are available, first enter the BIOS.
Disable the graphics card or onboard RAM.if possible.
If you don't get the result, remove the audio and network IC from the board.
Finally, the chipsets must be reballed.
