Hello,
O have a big problem with my surface pro 5.,
My bios is corrupted after updating.
i found one on your site but i think that ME region may me diferent because when i install driver and reboots the system does not update, the screens shows updatin for 0.5 second and reboots again.
and in the system it shows that ther's a problem with Surface ME and Surface Touch.

The motherboard number is M1007506-015.
serial number 026722274253
Someone can help me?
I really need a working bin file.
i put the original corrupted file.

i''ve tryed the file but i have the exact same problem.

i tested yours Vahab and i have always the same problem, canot install the intel me and touch firmware, i think a region problem,
thers a way to put the good region from my corrupted bin file into a working bin file?
