please help me my hp probook 4430s has this problem: it doesn't power on with charged battery, when I plugged charger it powers on and charges battery when I unplugged charger laptop will still be on with battery.

This problem needs to check the charging circuit.
It is possible that the charge IC or battery or IO and parts of the charging circuit are damaged and the parts need to be tested.
