File Request Samsung NP300BA41-02206A ok

Hello, I have Samsung NP300 board number BA41-02206A PIOTEK when powering on its just display for 1 second and keeps restarting and display for 1 sec every-time.
I have checked the board and 5v ALW & 3v ALW coil shows voltages only after pressing power button

Remove all peripherals such as hard drive, wireless, etc. and test. Test with another RAM. Program the BIOS.
