Please assist as best possible, I am attempting to ascertain the voltages that should be present in a proper mounted bios chip, to see if this can tell me if I have mounted the chip properly and what could be the cause of my laptop not powering on.

ok, thank youso much for your prompt response. Can you say anything regarding the bios voltages? Im getting 1.7, .0.8 and 1.8v
