Technical Support surface 1769

Dear Admin, i have surface 1769. When i power it ON it display logo for 4 to 5 secs and then it become blank. Then it again get on and same logo for same time. This process hapens for 3 times and then become blank. I am working for the first time on surface so if possible , pls guide . Thanks

reprogram bios at first .

I have same issue, I re programmed the BIOS with new file listed, it did the same reboots. Do I need to upload the original BIOS file so you can fix it?

Yes, try with another file first.
