Technical Support Svod ver3 ITE is busy error

I use for reprogram bios and io svod ver3 .
Sometimes gives this error.
Does anyone know the reason?

check connection pin to pin .
volt check ldo voltage and 3.3v .
make sure gnd connected to progrommer .
motherboard switched on , before press the read id kay motherboard must be off .
ite have problem .
