Hp touchSmart 310pc

The pc power up it spend 3.5A but no image , it have 215-0767003 and 216-0752001 chip

witch do you think needs reball or rework ?

Many cases need to be checked to identify a defective chip, and just by saying how much current the system is running, it is not possible to say which chip has a problem. You heat on each chip separately and test if the image shows a problem with that chip.
