Technical Support A1502 820-4924-A Does Not Power On

Hello, I have an A1502 MacBook Pro with Board Number 820-4924-A that got some liquid damage around this area (see attached). It's getting PPBUS_G3H (12.45V) and PP3V42_G3H (3.42V) however how can I jump the power on button on this model to turn it on and test the other signals. Thank you.
