Technical Support Acer aspire e1 510 Shorting problem

Hello sir, I have got a board of Acer aspire e1 510.. Motherboard model No . LA A621 . It has B+ short and after heating test I have found faulty Ic which is named as PU601 in schematic. In my local market I don't have that IC. can you please support me whether I can make that IC work manually?

at first you must check 3v ldo and 3v alw
after that you can inject 1v voltage to pl602 and heating test .
