why you dont replace that mosfet with new one ??? i suggest you replace that mosfet and other mosfet and that controller .

mosfet is part of pwm circuit not for beauty bro . you must replace it with alternative mosfet and repair the pwm circuit .

Never a good idear to bridge a mosfet.
. Better to put Amy other one. That is same kind. N - chanel or P Chanel.

Pwm circuit ..
19v enter... high side mosfet turns on for 0.2 second.. t mosfet turn off voltage goes negative then repats.

That chip turn on and of the two gates..

So. Mosfet shored..


I would pull one leg of inductor and check which side short comeing before voltage injection.
Test mosfets fir short then if shirt replace then test before and after replace mosfet.

Problem goes away
