Technical Support Soldering Hot Air

Hi , I am new for computer repair, I just buy Soldering Station Yarboly 8586D , I use hot air to take Bios out from motherboard with 380°C , If I use this degree with other chip or mosfet , It will make that component broken Or not? and Can any friend tell me the standard degree for using with laptop component?

No, there is no problem.
I remove BIOS and ICs with 430 degrees and it does not cause any problems. The solder melts faster and I remove the part faster.
