In the beginning, the laptop had a short on the main power line. It was a damaged SIC631 exactly U8006. I replaced it and the laptop turns on and displays an image. However, when trying to boot from HDD, SSD or USB, it freezes while booting the system. But e.g. MEMTEST works fine. All devices are disconnected. I also replaced the RAM. And nothing has changed. I have no idea what else I can check and how to find the cause of the crash.

MAYBE intel gpu damaged when that ic is burnt . remove l8006 from board and test . you must disable uma graphic and test . if by removing l8006 system haven't pic you must replace the cpu .

1. Do you have Oscilloscope? Check LPCFRAME if u have frequencies.
2. How many Amps do u have on SMPS..? 0.030 - 480 - 0.030 ...??
3. Check resistors connecting CPU and BIOS pins.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I have an oscilloscope but unfortunately I had to return the computer to the client.
