Technical Support Acer la-b161p MB dead condition

Sir i have la-b161p in dead condition
when i connect dc jack amp show 0.003 when i press powe button amps goes 0.006 and power light glow for some sec. and off
sir any solution what i check

in first step you must learn laptop repair steps .
you must check all voltage of before boot and after boot .

sir.. 3v & 5v ok
power switch 3.3v ok
batteries are charging
i programmed both bios ene and main
ene supplyes ok
which pin need to check on ec and signal

ok , which voltage is generated and which voltage is not when you switch on the system . ex : 1.05vs , 1.5vs , 1.35vs ....

what pins are need to be check on ec contoller.... and soc ..

when i press power button.... ec not Release susp# THATS NOT GENERATE ANY VOLTAGES
