Technical Support apple motherboards balling issue

In apple motherboards the balling of ic is much difficult rather than other makes. After balling CPU or PCH we try to mount it on motherboard through bga machine it does not get soldered completly. Some pins do not get soldered. This is because , the motherboard side does not get easily soldered. There has to be some solution that should help us clean the contacts in such a way that it easily accept the solder. Anybody who is sucessful , pls help. Thanks

when you remove chip from motherboard , dont clean motherboars pad of chipset with desoldering wick . just clean it with soldering iron .

In that case if solder is still there on the motherboard you cannot place the pch or cpu on the motherboard properly
