Technical Support Aspire 5560 JE50 SB

Please help me with the model No Acer 5560. It has PCH problem. whenever I press PCH it gets On and motherboard gets ON but without pressing it motherboard doesn't turn on. i guess some other repairman heated this PCH already thats why it's creating problem. i don't have a BGA machine to reball the IC. Can you please guide me through this??

you must reball or resold the pch . i suggest you do it with bga machine . also you can do it with rework soldering station but it so risky .

I don't have a bga machine. I guess I have to leave this laptop as it is.
