Technical Support Asus FX505D Keyboard problem

I have an Asus FX505D
Board: FX505DD REV 2.0
I HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM , THE PC WORKS , BUT WITH THE KEYBOARD OFF OR ON IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS ALWAYS A KEY PRESSED ,
MEASURING THE TRACKS THEY ARRIVE AT THE ITE, ANY IDEAS HOW TO SOLVE ?

do you test with new keyboard or test keyboard with keyboard tester ???

hello
i didnt test the keyboard i dont now how , but with no keyboard conected in the windows it seems that a key is always pressed ,

step by step
1: check connectors and capacitors .
2: check connection line between connector and IO (u3001)
3:change IO with new one

i put the new i/o but its the same ,
capacitor and connector its fine ,
any ideia ?
