I need an updated bios file for an ASUS TUF Z390 Plus Gaming (WiFi) Rev 1.06 Bios 2804 in bin format

You're welcome. I think your problem doesn't relate to bios. I recommend you to check the other components.

Just an update. the bios file worked great. I had a bad CPU out of the box. I put in a different CPU and had no problems
