Technical Support Asus X555LD wont shut down and no image

Hello
Asus x555ld rev 3.6
When conect the dc cable without batery it power up gives 0.200mA and no image, i push the power button and
it turn off and power up again , always this way
the main power are ok , 5v , 3.3v , 1.3v 1.05v , i have replace the bios and program it , and the ite i program also ,
any ideia to help me ?

maybe you must change ite with new one .
maybe pch have problem .
maybe ic charge have problem .
