Unlock Bios Password bios file request

can i get bios file for lenovo x1carbon 8th gen nm-b861 rev 1.0 the original file machine comes on but no display but when i write the ones given here it does not switch on stays dormant..below is the original file

still no switching..just blinks on switch then goes silent
