So sorry for posting like this. Trying to find a way to contact admins to ask a question, but 'contact' at the bottom doesn't get me there.
Simple question is... I just received a Dell Latitude 5430. Admin password/BIOS password is locked. How do I proceed with your password recovery service? Purchase 1 month of support and submit the information? Not sure how to proceed. tx
