Technical Support Boot Priority Order

Because this laptop doesn't run windows, so I want to reinstall but when going to bios settings with the intention of changing the boot selection item starting from Dvdrw or something else but can't change these settings, I hope those who know how to solve it, please tell me what's the solution?

i think your laptop is password protected go to security section iff password is set then you should break password first.

I don't know how to remove the password, the consumer brings this laptop to me and wants to release the password, are there any steps to solve it?

remove cmose battery plugin laptop when display turn on immediately short (SDL and SCL) pins shown in pic laptop run setup directly (or press f1) then release pins.go to security section save password as empty and reboot.password will be braked .iff you want short solution just replace the ic.
