Technical Support macbook pro 1708 stuck on boot screen need solution

I am not so good with macbook issues need help

reset smc (nvram reset) and test

i tried many mehods for resetting smc and nvram i cant reset i dont know why

can it be because of Bios program

maybe or maybe not . disconnect all components like dvd , hdd , ... and test .

Did u try another hard drive? seems it's a hardrive issue...

if not: press and hold command and R .. you need to delete/format the hard drive and install a new operating system.. but make sure customer knows, they will lose all the data.

I already found the problem keyboard was dead that is why it was stuck on progress screen.thanks for your suggestion though.
