Technical Support Casper C700 Keyboard Problem

When I press the w key on the keyboard, it says 3. When I press the 3 key, it says w. Likewise, when I type e, it presses the space key. When I press the space key, it says e.
Only these 4 keys have a problem. No problems with other keys on the keyboard.

I tried with 2 different keyboards.
I change ite 8587e still same.
Reflash bios still same.
Change keyboard socket nothing change.
Any one have any idea?

did you check it with another os ?? like windows live

Yes i tried. The same problem still continues.

usb cable touchpad cable. I tried disassembling them all. maybe there is a problem with these parts. it didn't work either

did you reprogram bios and ec with same version file ? try with another file if you did that before.
what is motherboard model number ?

I had the same motherboard with a broken processor.
I installed the io and bios of this motherboard. Problems continued in the same way.
Motherboard model is 08n1-18y4y00 rev 2.2

are you sure that motherboard haven't same problem ? i sugsest you reprogram both bios and ec with another files .

maybe interface between keyboard connector to i/o ic is having fault. Keep the multimeter in 2meg ohms range. connect red probe to the ground and with black probe chk each keyboard connector pin. The faulty I/O pin will have different vaule.
