How do I get the bios backup? we are new to this

Repair, we just never played with bios stuff
No we don't have programmer
the only way to unlock bios for this device is getting bios backup from motherboard with programmer device and send here so we do unlock it and send back to you.
there is no other way.
Would the ch341a work on dell laptops?
yes, it works for many other laptops too
its just requires careful handling

getting ready to order programmer ch341a , does anybody know if the bios chip haas to be removed to get backup bios bin required to erase the password
yes! as i said before you need to get backup from bios and send it here so we remove the password for you.
