Technical Support Dell G3 3579 no bootable devise found

hello

I have this laptop dell g3 3579

It does not boot from the internal hard disk, although it appeared in the BIOS
And it only boot an external media

The system is loaded to the internal hard disk and when restarting and ejecting the external media, a message appears ( no bootable devise found)

I have modified the bios options from the UEFI to legacy and and vice versa without result

please help me to solve this problem

test with different hard disk and reinstall the os on that .

try to boot in uefi mode
its support legacy only in external drives

reset bios configuration to default factory . test with uefi windows installation .
