hello friends,

the problem is as follows: When adaptor is connected 3.3v and 5v are present. When i press the power button fan spins for 3-4 seconds all the coils have voltages except
PL700 which gives (+VCC_GFXCORE_AXG). After 4 seconds laptop turns off but the 3.3v and 5v are present. I have checked the cpu regulator PU700 and the pins:
VR_ON, SCLK, ALERT#, SDA, LGATE1, UPGATE1, AND PHASE1 are all ok. However, UPGATEG, AND LGATEG have no voltages and therefore the mosfets are not told to start working. Does that imply that the chip (PU700) is faulty?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Many things cause this problem. Like :
BIOS
IO IC failure
pch Chip failure
System RAM problem
CPU failure
And even graphics chip failure

Test all of these.
