Technical Support DELL INSPIRON 17 7779 comes ON, High spinning fan with no image.

Greetings. This machine's fan spins fast when put on. Power led blinks 6 times white and 2 times yellow.
I've tried to flash it with some Bios files from here and elsewhere but didn't work.

Here's an image of the Bios chip on schematic.
When the machine is ON with fan spinning high, the CS# pin is high with 3.3v and the pins 5 & 6 which are clk & Si_Rom are instead 0v with partial short to ground with about 4.5ohms resistance. When off, Pins 5 & 6 have no partial short to ground.

I'm kind of blocked here. That's not normal, right? Where should I look? I've tested the resistors on that SPI line and their values are normal.

It is better to check pin number 2, 5 and 6 of IC BIOS with an oscilloscope.
Usually, when the system is turned on, signals are exchanged on these bases. When the system is turned on, it does not show the correct ohms, and many times the capacitors must be discharged in order to have the correct ohms.
It is better to test with another IC BIOS and try with other files.

Thank you Sir for your suggestion. But unfortunately I don't yet have an oscilloscope.

If I quite understand your 2nd suggestion, you mean I should completely change the BIOS IC itself, right?

Yes, there may be a problem with the IC BIOS.
If you have a similar motherboard, you can diagnose the problem by comparing the ohmic pins.
