I have been running windows 11 for a year and a half with no issues until this Microsoft update. I did have a hard drive password and the hard drive is bitlocker encrypted. Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 7306
I do understand that and that was not the request. I need a bios where I can edit the service tag. Right now the bios cannot even see the hard drive because I cannot get it out of manufacturing mode and edit the service tag. That is my request-a bin file that will allow me to edit the service tag and to get the bios out of manufacturing mode (Alt+F does not work)

Just to be clear, the information about the HDD password and bitlocker was not necessary and should not have been sent. I have those passwords and they are no problem. Access to the hard drive due to BIOS corruption is the issue. I need to get the service tag to program into the bios so the computer will work.

Yes. That is the one that finally allowed me to get back into the bios. However, I cannot get the service tag to program or the bios to get out of manufacturing mode. The BIOS chips are 25L12872F and 25L6473F if that makes any difference.
Thanks for your help but there is no change. I have tried that version of the bios before I contacted you.
Still cannot enter the service tag.
I appreciate your trying to help. Without the service tag the computer will not recognize the hard drive so I am stuck. I will continue to search for the answer.
Thanks for trying.
