it doesn't turns on at all

It had no display. did this bios Bios - dell inspiron 13-5000 wistron starlord13 r 15296-1 bios.
works but not 100%. when I restart it, it turns off. when it stays on sleep, you have to turn it on again and needs a lot of time to show something on display
