my first problem capslock blinking than download you bios file for motherboard number than not on my pc not blinking capaslock key chareger led only the power button press not on

Hie i was repairing my laptop dell 7420 i was removing bios chip from the board then the other leg of the bios chip got broken i didn't get the chance to copy the original files of the bios , so i tried to mold another bios using the the encrypted bios update file but still my file hangs on...
