Unlock Bios Password Dell Latitude 7390 bios password need

hi there yes my son get a laptop from dubai but this one is blocked with bios password . I's a dell latitude 7390. MFG YR: 2019 Express service code : 35183133326 and service tag G5V4NF2. ON dell security it gives #G5V4NF2-0001. Can you help?​

then you should have programmer device
with that device you can get bios backup from the board
and reprogram a new bios file on it
