Hello
First, replace the charger.
Program the BIOS.
Check the identification path of the charger to ICIO.
Finally, ICIO is suspicious.

Check the ohms of the motherboard and check the diode resistance of different parts.
Measure the voltage of the motherboard and look for the problem wherever there is a voltage drop.
