Technical Support dell optiplex 390

After changing the bios for Dell optiplex 390 its board number is 10097-1 48.3EQ01.011 ,then it displays and working normally but the fan is getting too fast ,other bios are no helping , any help please

Thank you for your reply sir , Actually it works fine after I change the 4mb with 8mb bios chips ( it was the bios with 4mb ic )
