Good day.. I have elitebook 6930p karia Uma 07208-2.. battery charges but not powering on.. TPS 51120 ic heat up.

In the IC datasheet, pin numbers 15 and 26 have pwm output and numbers 19 and 21 have LDO voltage output, which is generated linearly through an internal regulator. Most likely, you have a problem in one of these outputs, especially outputs 19 and 21.

Usually the LDO OUTPOT is fed SIO and PCH and HALL sensor.
