What type of ic chip should i use. I don't have original. 25LQ64CVIG will be ok, or it doesen't matter what type flash memory i use.
I saw there is a 4MB or 8MB bin file. How to recognize which one is right. Is the BIOS version stored in the EC file?

you can change it with any eeprom 8mb , 1.8v .
