After changing new M.2 Storage then we are installation windows License then all drive DATA Lock Drive like this. Who know about Solutions for us.

Hello
I think that in previous Windows hard drives were locked with Bitlocker and had a password.
Ask the customer to give his password, and if he forgets it and you don't have a backup of the password, you should format the hard drive.
