Technical Support hp 15-eg0065st ssd m2 not recognized when installing os normally + blue screen

hello, ssd is recognized when i use virtual os to install on, after first step of installation, laptop reboot and at the moment of second step, (blue screen appears) and it repeats again and again. how to solve that ?
