Hello. Can anyone provide some instruction for repairing an HP 15-f162dx which does not turn on or charge when keyboard is connected. When removed, It functions fine. I want to make sure it's not anything other than the keyboard before replacing. Thank you

Should check power rails(components) for the keyboard... something might be shorted?

you must replace keyboard 100% .
