File Request HP 430 G3

I need the cleared file for HP 430 g3 its board number is DA0X61MB6G0 REV G . I attached the old file ,, I tried the file on the Dr bios and no help

it start with normal current and no display the fan spinning , when I change the bios from this site and other , the current is too small and no start up

it is the same as the other bios , the current is lower and no start up
