the file you sent is 8MB!
but the bios file for this device is 16MB.

Actually it is not my fault , the file I sent is the original file it is 8mb working but shut down at specific time , what I thought was I will get the cleared file with 8MB . Any way I will change the bios ic with 16MB and try. Thanks
