File Request HP 650 G2

I tried many files from the site but every single one just give a powerbutton light for a few sec when charger is pluged in. Original BIOS have next issues ( cant eneter the BIOS, system runining slow, CPU work only on 600-900Mhz instead) please help

pressing the powerbutton and nothing happend, behavior same as before.

Hi, so i replace a charging port because it was damaged and then the BIOSes start showing different behaviour, laptop starts on fan is spining but no picture. i also check hardware carefuly and everything seems to be fine. Do you have any other suggestion what to do

last file also tested working file ! i got it from same working ok device.

okay but is there anything to check more, i dont get it how the motherboard can be dead by changing the charging port

maybe its from bios chip itself
