Technical Support hp allione 22-b312nt 7led blinks

hi
i have hp allione 22-b312nt. when i want to start but nothing.after remove rtc batery starting .when i want to shutdown and press start buton nothing led blinking 7 time.whats my problem

This problem can be from different parts.
First, test and service the RAM slot and the RAM itself.
Check the health of the switch button.
Program the laptop BIOS.
Check the voltage and see if all the voltages are present?
If it has graphics, disable it.
