hi
If the battery has been replaced, the battery probably does not provide enough power for the system and the system slows down and freezes.

hi Ahmad finally i got the problem after replacing the two new battery the issue was not solved
after that i desactived the radeon graphic chip driver and for now everything is stable.

my question is to know if it possible to hide the desactived radeon graphic chip driver on the driver management screen?

thank you again for your support

In some laptops, the graphics can be hidden in the BIOS environment, but I don't think so with this model. I think the only way to do this is to convert to UMA it. You have to declare the exact model of the motherboard, so that it can be seen from the schematic. examine.

ok i was also thinking about the uma process but the customer is happy like that. => disable the driver .
thank you ahmad for your support again.
regards.
